Associate Creative Director, Art

Role Overview

We're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art who is an exceptional designer, visual storyteller, and campaign thinker. You'll lead concept development and visual direction across integrated campaigns, content programs, brand systems, and experiential projects.

Lead concept development, build campaign platforms, drive visual storytelling, translate strategic insights into compelling creative ideas, and present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Art Direction, Design, or Creative leadership roles
• Portfolio showcasing strong integrated campaigns, content programs, brand platforms, and visual systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative development from strategy through execution
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI into professional creative workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora, Veo, Stable Diffusion, and related creative technologies
