Experiential Producer (On-Site, New York)

MATTE is looking for an Experiential Producer to join its fast-growing Experiential department. The Producer will be responsible for leading high-end experiential production for both project-based and retainer clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential marketing production, including event management and production
• Experience managing employees with different working styles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and permits for events and activations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A great network of vendors and industry connections
• An adeptness in managing client relationships
• A strong work ethic and sense of project ownership
• Experience managing project budgets that range and scale up to $1.5MM
