Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and train employees to achieve production objectives, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety, quality, and production standards. You will also work with the operations team to cover vacancies, monitor shift performance, and implement cost-effective systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor degree in engineering or operations management (preferred)
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification (plus)
• Previous Labor Relations experience
• Previous experience working in a Lean environment
