Job description
As a senior/staff engineer, you will drive initiatives with broad business and technical impact, solving complex problems in enterprise automation, including building agentic systems, scaling the platform, and architecting a durable financial data processing layer.
You'll own major product and engineering areas, work closely with customers, and take initiative to solve intricate accounting workflows through clean and robust abstractions.
Typically 5+ years building systems at high-growth companies, strong familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems, experience with AI agents, data pipelines, or complex workflow engines is a strong plus.
