Job description
As an AI Engineer at Maxima, you'll work at the intersection of AI systems and product, building agentic workflows that power real-world enterprise accounting automation. You'll design and iterate on prompts, evaluations, and model interfaces; build and orchestrate agent workflows; and integrate AI components deeply into our product and infrastructure.
You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end features, and you'll help shape how AI is developed, tested, and deployed across the company.
