Job Description
Senior M&A Attorney / Of Counsel to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on complex transactions and general corporate matters.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in [Insert Jurisdiction(s)]
- Class year 2015+ or already at Of Counsel level
- Significant experience leading M&A transactions and drafting transaction documents
- Solid understanding of corporate law, market terms, and deal structuring
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to client service
