Of Counsel - Corporate - M&A and Private Equity

Senior M&A Attorney / Of Counsel to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on complex transactions and general corporate matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in [Insert Jurisdiction(s)]
• Class year 2015+ or already at Of Counsel level
• Significant experience leading M&A transactions and drafting transaction documents
• Solid understanding of corporate law, market terms, and deal structuring
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to client service
