Job description
MBDA Italy is seeking a designer and/or systems engineer for the development of radiofrequency (RF) equipment/apparatus within the Operations Department. The role requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, and at least three years of experience in the defense or industrial sector.
Design and develop RF architectures, support project planning and management, and coordinate validation activities of equipment. Tasks include requirement management, test and validation campaigns, and documentation management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in system engineering tools, MATLAB & Simulink, and product design and development. Strong organizational and soft skills are also required, including ability to work independently and effectively in international contexts.
