Job description
We seek a Project Inspector with advanced expertise in construction quality management to join our team and work on meaningful projects in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of combined education and/or experience in construction quality management, especially in general construction and the installation of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and related systems.
As a Project Inspector, you will represent the client on-site, overseeing quality assurance, documentation, cost control, and time management services. You will perform inspections, prepare reports, track deficient work, and communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and MBP personnel to ensure successful project completion.
