Financial Controller

Role Overview

Our client is a software vendor that sells solutions to Telecommunications Service Providers in Europe. The role is a Financial Controller, overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.

What You Will Do

Supervise and coordinate accounting operations, ensure quality control over financial transactions, prepare and publish monthly financial reporting, lead the audit process, and manage local reporting requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in an accounting and financial controller role, with a strong technical knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Accounting Qualification (CPA) gained working in an Audit role
• Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15/Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with NetSuite/GP/BPC accounting systems
• Proven track-record of improving financial processes and internal controls
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
