Job description
We are looking for a Production Engineer to support and maintain live production systems used by global customers. The role focuses on SQL Server databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS), system troubleshooting, and production support.
Provide production and application support for live systems, manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, troubleshoot performance issues, database errors, and system outages.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server & SQL, database performance tuning and troubleshooting, Windows and/or Linux environments, and experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
