- Collaborate closely with photonic device engineers to understand device characteristics and optimize analog circuit performance for seamless integration
- Work with digital and mixed-signal design teams to define interfaces and ensure proper system functionality
- Conduct comprehensive simulations to ensure circuit performance, stability, and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations
- Develop and implement test plans for characterization and validation of analog circuits in both IC and PIC environments
- Perform layout supervision and contribute to layout optimization for critical analog blocks
- Contribute to defining architecture and specifications for future products
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog IC design, integrated photonics, and relevant industry standards
