Digital Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

As a digital transformation consultant, you will play a key role in the modernization and optimization of HR processes for our large corporate clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of innovative and customized solutions to address the complex challenges of human resource management in the digital era.

What You Will Do

You will accompany the client in the project design phase, collecting and analyzing their needs and translating them into functional specifications and/or project briefs. You will ensure the deployment of the solution, accompany your client at the project management level, and verify the conformity of the solution in the testing phase.

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university)
• Experience in SIRH projects implementing SI Payroll solutions acquired in a consulting firm or within a SIRH/RH Department
• Functional and/or technical skills in the digital domain
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
