
Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will work on recruitment missions, accompany mc2i in its recruitment strategy, and ensure the excellence of the recruitment process. You will be autonomous in managing candidates and accompany them until the job offer and in their decision-making process.
Daily tasks include recruiting digital transformation consultants and/or internal employees, managing personnel administration, mapping emerging skills, and developing expertise in a specific area. You will also participate in Relations Écoles events and various projects related to recruitment, employer brand, and HR communication.
Ideal candidates have a higher education degree in business, HR, or a related field, with experience in recruitment or human resources.
