Process Engineer II

Role Overview

As a Process Engineer, you'll be a technical leader on the floor, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements while partnering closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams. You'll work directly on film manufacturing lines where your ideas and solutions immediately improve safety, quality, and productivity.

What You Will Do

Provide daily technical troubleshooting support for safety, quality, and productivity challenges. Analyze and trend process KPIs to drive continuous improvement in safety, yield, efficiency, and cost. Develop, update, and sustain process documentation and Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Proven troubleshooting, data analysis, and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to provide off-hours support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
