The Packaging Development Manager will lead packaging innovation, design and development, and launch of new packaging projects, leveraging expertise in food packaging development, industry best practices, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in packaging development and management
• Strong expertise in food science, packaging machinery, and packaging materials
• Comprehensive knowledge of packaging specifications, artworks, and related documents
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams
