PROCESS ENGINEER

McCormick is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process reliability improvement and waste reduction through documentation and standardization of processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and relevant production/engineering experience.

Requirements

• Provide process engineering support and project engineering guidance
• Lead a team of Technicians to maintain and create standard documentation
• Develop and maintain documentation for new projects and ongoing systems
• Coach and develop a team of Technicians to improve their skills
• Focus on cost reduction programs, process improvements, and engineering service requests
