MCI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic. The role will involve performing administrative duties, answering emails and phone calls, and providing real-time scheduling support.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering emails and phone calls, providing real-time scheduling support, creating content for social media channels, preparing presentations, and making travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, and have excellent time management skills. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.
