
Job description
MCI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the English language, be highly organized and reliable, and have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.
Perform a variety of administrative duties, answer emails and phone calls, provide real-time scheduling support, create content for social media channels, prepare presentations, make travel arrangements, and maintain polite and professional communication.
