MCI is a tech-enabled business services company looking for a Contact Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role is part of a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, document customer interactions, and meet performance metrics.
