Job description
MCI is seeking a Website Developer to join their team. As a Website Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive business growth. You will be responsible for implementing designs for new websites, updating and maintaining existing sites, and creating dynamic websites and web applications that meet client requirements and exceed user expectations.
Key responsibilities include implementing designs for new websites, updating and maintaining existing sites, updating content on the website monthly, understanding SEO and using Google keywords to write meta descriptions, and problem-solving skills when bugs or website glitches happen.
Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years of previous experience as a Website Developer. They should possess copywriting skills, planning, budgeting, and reporting experience, content creation skills, superior research and analytical skills, SEO strategy, and excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills.
