We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front End Manager to oversee daily front-end operations and lead our cashier and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-end team members including cashiers and customer service representatives
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times
- Manage daily scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage for the front-end team
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed in a professional manner
- Monitor cashier accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Maintain front-end appearance, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Lead by example in enforcing company policies, dress code, and service standards
- Work collaboratively with other department managers to support overall store success
- Assist in hiring and onboarding of new front-end team members
