Land Banking Originator – Metro Houston

Seeking an experienced Land Banking Originator to lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of land banking and lot-finance transactions across the Greater Houston market.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in A&D&C loan origination, land banking, or related fields
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex real-estate transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills (Excel-based)
• Deep understanding of residential land development economics
