Sales Counselor (New Home Sales) - Greater Houston | Commission Only

As a Sales Counselor for McKinley Homes TX, LLC, you'll guide clients toward homes designed with quality, innovation, and care, leading homebuyers through the new home sales process and building trust with the Realtor community.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience with strong closing and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with mortgage financing is preferred
• Outstanding character and integrity, paired with ambition and a drive to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills in person, via email, and in virtual settings (Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
• Valid driver's license and a clean, four-door vehicle to drive customers from sales offices to homesites
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
