
Job description
Join McLeod Centers for Wellbeing as a Full-time Counselor to support patients in all stages of recovery from substance use disorder. You will craft person-centered treatment plans, lead counseling sessions, and connect patients with vital support services.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster professional growth and development.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong interest in justice services, experience working with adolescents and individuals facing substance use challenges, and a strong understanding of the intersection of substance use, mental health, and justice involvement.
