
Job description
The MAT Program Lead will support day-to-day program operations, deliver high-quality patient services, and work closely with the Program Manager to ensure program efficiency, staff support, and patient-centered care.
Serve as a liaison for daily program operations, support administrative staff, assist with onboarding new employees, participate in continuous performance improvement initiatives, and address patient concerns.
This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to balance patient-facing responsibilities with administrative duties.
