
Job description
McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic at our Statesville, NC location. The ideal candidate will have prior lead or charge nurse experience, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to support and guide nursing staff in a fast-paced admissions environment.
Administer medication to clients according to medical orders, maintain accurate recordkeeping, perform intake with new clients, ensure doctor's orders are followed, obtain vital signs from clients as needed, perform impairment assessments, conduct COWS assessments, and maintain the RN scope as sanctioned by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
