Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Lead and support the EDGEauditor and Vetlogix product, overseeing and leading both Frontend and Backend engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.

What You Will Do

Monitor and maintain system reliability, performance and security, conduct regular check-ins and 1:1 meetings with engineering team members, support the development of internal systems, processes, and policies, and provide hands-on support in debugging complex code issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Excellent English communication skills, minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, hand-on experience with Ruby, Python or equivalent, and experience working with Docker.
