
Job description
We're looking for a methodical and customer-focused Implementation Project Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation, you'll be guiding healthcare and senior living customers through complex implementation projects, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting them up for long-term success with MealSuite's technology.
Own the project, develop customized plans to meet customer needs, ensure customers receive superior service, be the point of contact, collaborate cross-functionally, and run complex project backup.
1+ years of hands-on experience in customer implementations within a SaaS environment, familiarity with highly complex software implementations, extreme attention to detail and multitasking capabilities, astute communication skills, ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, and willingness to travel occasionally.
