Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator to join our Growth & Sales Enablement team. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our sales enablement function — keeping our content library current, our tools running smoothly, and our reps equipped with everything they need to win.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in a sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, or marketing operations coordinator role
• Direct experience managing a CRM — Salesforce strongly preferred — including lead intake, data hygiene, and routing (2+ years)
• Experience maintaining a knowledge base or content management system such as Guru, Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent (1+ years)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for document formatting and reporting
• Experience with PandaDoc or similar proposal/template management tool is an asset
• Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms is an asset
• Comfort leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate content drafting and workflow is an asset
