Job Description
We are hiring a Growth & Customer Success Manager to join our in-office team in Oakville, ON. This role is responsible for owning client relationships, building and refining integrated strategies, and driving measurable impact for North American B2B clients.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of agency experience with full client ownership
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and/or analytics
- Experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B growth strategy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Eligible to work full-time in Canada
- Ability to commute daily to our Oakville, ON office
