QA Analyst

The QA Analyst plays a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes across both strategic initiatives and BAU releases, contributing to consistent, fit-for-purpose testing practices across MECCA’s technology landscape.

Requirements

• Review and analyse business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and aligned to agreed quality standards.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test data to provide appropriate coverage across functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing, applying risk-based and exploratory testing techniques where appropriate.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through effective triage, prioritisation, and timely escalation of quality issues and risks.
