BI Data Analyst

As a BI Data Analyst at Monks, you'll work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and project management to translate complex data into actionable insights. You'll design, streamline, and manage dashboards, reports, and data products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smarter decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Looker Studio / Data Studio)
• Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and autonomy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a strong plus
