Job Description
Monks is seeking a SVP, Performance Creative to lead a team of creative professionals and drive impactful work across creative production, animation, and design. This senior leadership role involves collaborating with marketing teams and executive clients to elevate brand messaging and optimize performance advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a creative vision and a passion for leveraging technology and analytics to drive business results.
Requirements
- 10+ years in creative leadership, specifically in performance, digital, or growth marketing
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Deep expertise in producing, optimizing, and scaling creative for paid social, display, video, and new digital channels
- Portfolio of high-performing creative work for leading performance advertisers
- Experience integrating creative strategy with performance data, analytics, and media teams
