Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to connect the strategy and execution for three distinct software development teams. The ideal candidate will be a process-oriented leader who can balance the 'big picture' roadmap with the granular details of a JIRA ticket.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, specifically overseeing multiple software engineering teams
• A strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA/Confluence (configuring custom workflows, JQL, and reporting)
• Deep experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban methodologies
• Exceptional organizational skills and the'social intelligence' to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders without direct authority
