
Job description
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding client support and being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders. They will communicate with clients to address inquiries, candidate updates, data analysis, reporting, and overall operations support. The role involves interdepartmental coordination, completion of client reports, managing meetings, document collection, and other client support requirements.
Deliver outstanding client support, provide excellent client support, manage and instill confidence in key client partnerships, support collection of required documentation, show proficiency in ATS for reporting and analytics, generate monthly client reports, troubleshoot client issues, and assist with quality assurance.
This position offers great growth opportunities to manage larger accounts or career path advancement in Sales, Business Development, or Operations based on performance and/or experience.
