CT Technologist

Utilize all CT resources to perform high quality CT examinations on entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics) for interpretation by a physician. Produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as directed, according to established practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved school of radiological technology
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists
• Licensure by the SC Radiation Quality Standards Association
• One year of experience as a radiological technologist
• Previous experience in CT is preferred
• CT certification must be obtained prior to hire
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
