Product Specialist, Neuro

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Finland to drive sales and marketing efforts across Finland for a designated product portfolio within neurosurgery. The role involves identifying opportunities, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and maintaining key customer contacts.

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience from the MedTech industry
• Skilled at building long-term, business-driving relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Background as a nurse, preferably with specialist training in surgery and/or anesthesia, with solid exposure to the neurosurgery field, or equivalent experience from the MedTech or healthcare sector
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• B driving license
• Ability to travel as required for the role
• Experience in the industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the patient care team
