The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing external facing projects involving new and existing clients. This position collaborates with business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and effective communication. The role demands exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Gather requirements, create and manage business and technical workflows, oversee project timelines, communicate project status, and maintain detailed issue logs and meeting notes.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of one year of formal project management experience. Experience with Atlassian products and Microsoft Office is required.
