Meister Cheese is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales to lead and grow its commercial sales efforts across food service, ingredient, industrial, and strategic partnership channels. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in related industries, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in food service, ingredient sales, dairy, cheese, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
- Strong B2B sales, account management, pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and customer relationship experience
- Experience working with distributors, food manufacturers, converters, food service accounts, or commercial buyers
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across operations, quality, finance, customer service, and leadership
- Comfort using CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel 30–40% of the time, with potential to evolve as the segment grows
