Document Controller-

Document Controller roles and responsibilities include document management, update of systems, coordination with implementors, record-keeping, follow-up meetings, statistics generation, and coordination with ESD DCC team.

Requirements

• 3 Year Diploma in an Engineering discipline
• 5 years hands on document control experience in the Oil & Gas industry on major project implementation with an EPIC Contractor
• Demonstrate awareness of international oil & gas and petrochemical industry codes and standards
• Experience using the latest Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint
• Fluency in English language
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Positive attitudes and strong personality
• Computer literacy and experience in use of MS office, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) SharePoint
• Familiarity with SAP / CMMS software application
