IP Quality Prod Sr. Supervisor

Role Overview

The IP Quality Prod Sr. Supervisor oversees the ordering of supplies, ensures adherence to GMPs, and maintains high quality standards in the manufacturing area. They supervise a team of full-time employees, conduct daily scheduling meetings, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.

What You Will Do

The supervisor will oversee the training and retraining of employees, maintain training and attendance records, and ensure that all product deficiencies are corrected. They will also direct daily scheduling meetings, keep track of payroll time cards, and communicate changes in company policies to associates.
