Requirements
- Completed training as a hotel manager or equivalent
- Experience in a responsible position in Customer/Guest Experience
- Warm and friendly personality with service orientation and mentality
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of German and English, with Spanish and other foreign language skills as an asset
