Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding plan administration, billing inquiries, and escalated service issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and vendors
• Execute renewal decisions
• Lead and project manage Open Enrollment
• Onboard new clients onto Melita’s benefits services
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of benefit regulations
• Collaborate with the department manager to identify problems and develop solutions
• Mentor Benefits Specialists
