Job Description
Develops and provides services related to the orientation, continuing education, and assessment of the ongoing competency of clinical staff. Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Participates in research activities, quality improvement, or evidence-based practice initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pediatric CVICU
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS AHA certification
- PALS AHA certification
- RN License in State of Florida
