Job Description
The Mechanical Site Chief/Mechanical Construction Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing site progress, planning targets for completion, and resolving issues. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in installations of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Requirements
- Experience in installations of HVAC, Plumbing, Sewerage, Fire Protection
- Familiarity with systems such as BMS, Irrigation, Fuel, LPG
- Knowledge of local norms, regulations, authorities
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- English and Spanish language proficiency
