HS diploma, 2+ years of experience in psychosocial rehab, knowledge of community resources, valid CPR certificate

LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license, 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, team building skills, and knowledge of mental health field

High school diploma or GED, 2 years of experience providing psychosocial rehab services, valid CPR certificate, and a valid driver's license

1 year of experience providing psychosocial rehabilitative services to a disabled population plus experience in a supervisory/leadership role
