After School Site Director, Friendswood ('26-'27)

Mentoring Alliance seeks a Part-Time Site Director for their After School program in Friendswood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with elementary school-aged children and be able to lead a team, support student growth, and build relationships with families.

Requirements

• Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith agreement
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and some post-secondary training preferred
• Ability to work Monday- Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
• CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
