Meow Wolf is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities maintenance and improvements for the exhibition. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, strong facilities maintenance skills, and confidence working with building automation systems.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships with subcontracted trades
- Working knowledge of Building Automation System software
- Ensure efficient use of Building Management System (BMS)
- Manage records of warranties and preventative maintenance schedules
- Contract and manage Meow Wolf building services
- Coordinate with the landlord on the exterior scope of work
- Coordinate maintenance of all building systems
- Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
- Partner with the Director of Facilities and Exhibition
- Manage labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures set for the Facilities team
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies
- Initiate, encourage, and maintain internal and cross-departmental communication
- Hire and train staff to provide a memorable and uniquely Meow Wolf level of service to guests
- Model and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to create and maintain a pleasant environment for guests
