Job description
Provide personal care and support to clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Assist with daily living activities, ensure a safe environment, and participate in activities that bring joy to clients.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
Ideal candidate has 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services. Certification in DSP 1 and DSP 2, and RBT is required within 12 and 60 days of hire, respectively.
