
Job description
The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional/Program Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary advocate for individuals with disabilities and ensuring monitoring functions are completed appropriately. This role involves traveling to and working with individuals in their homes and day programs, and serving as a liaison between facilities, families, and outside agencies.
The QIDP/PS will be responsible for a defined caseload, traveling to and working with individuals in their homes and day programs, and ensuring monitoring functions are completed appropriately.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychology, liberal arts, or human services, and experience working directly with individuals with disabilities. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and working with an extraordinary team.
